Real Estate Investing
The Certificate in Real Estate Investing program covers the basics of residential real estate investment. Students will learn about appraisal, valuation, and acquisition of residential properties. Real estate law, including contracts and regulations, will also be discussed. Throughout the Certificate in Real Estate Investing program, an emphasis is placed on the practical and actionable understanding of residential real estate transactions.
To earn the Certificate in Real Estate Investing, students must complete 15 credit hours of online real estate courses, as defined below, with a grade of “C” or better.
